Cursive writing: This is not a curriculum outcome, but many children do
like to learn how to write using cursive writing. I often print out practice
sheets for children who want to do it. Some students in my class have already
been experimenting with it. While it’s not in our curriculum, it is connected
with literacy. Children will need to be able to write their name and may need
to read cursive writing at times. If you’re interested, I’ve posted a great
link below where you can even customize practice sheets.
